This place has been nothing but a headache for the past 4 experiences. No one is one the same page there and I tried to go for an oil change today, but now they ONLY do appointments. This is recently changed and there isn’t wasn’t anything to say that, and I had one of the guys say an unprofessional remark “how are we supposed to tell you that?” If I didn’t have a package for oil changes I wouldn’t go here. The only good thing about this company is the manager Will Foster who helped escalate issues and kept me updated. This company (Robinson location and Wexford North hills location have been nothing but problems for me since I bought my SUV in January of 2025. The day after I drove the vehicle home the check engine light came on and it hasn't driven properly since I've had it. My experience with #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson was really frustrating and disappointing. They made an appointment for me for a specific day/time for an engine issue and did not even look at my car for almost a week. I couldn’t get anyone to call, text, or email me back with a status update so I could coordinate a rental. When they finally determined my car required an engine replacement (under warranty) they called me with a list of additional “recommendations” and quoted me almost $500 if I had that additional work done.
