Vehicle was at the dealership for 8 days. No one was able to tell me what was wrong with it or what work had been done. Presumably a fluid was added because it arrived with an empty reservoir and was returned with the correct amount. I did not get return calls after leaving voicemails and ended up just going to the service center to ask about the car. Was told it would be ready the next day. Kia of Robinson did a great job of selling me a new car. The salesman (I believe his name is Jeff, but I am not 100% certain) and his associate would allow me to take several cars for a test drive and were very helpful and informative. Very patient with me as it is a big decision for a brand new car. Thank God, I bought it in March before all of these ridiculous tariffs came into place. Very satisfied with the vehicle, it’s been six weeks and it might sound crazy, but I look forward to driving now.
Everyone at Kia was extremely helpful & made getting a new vehicle a quick & easy process. Thank you so much!
