It was great, I was in and out within 20 minutes with my new car.
I did traded with my jeep 2011, I was making sure I have everything to covered to have power steel cover and everything else, so I trades from my jeep to jeep 2019, I love it! After 2 month later, I found out that never put to approved all my coverage (warranty) i didnt know what it called. I traded jeep patriot 2011 into 2019, and ending up with no warranty coverage. I needed a smaller vehicle due to a new job in Oakland. Gave them an excellently maintained full size pick up for what was supposed to be a certified used car. This so called certified car had bad brake pads and rotors all the way around. There were multiple deep scratches that were camouflaged with touch up paint. The salesperson lied to me and said the car had no warranty and they sold me one. The car actually came with a 1 yr bumper to bumper and 3 year power train. I found the car that I wanted online and I went in to test drive it. After the test drive, I wanted to compare it to another car on the lot. I was asked if I wanted to test drive that car as well, and I declined because I had made up my mind and I wanted the car I came for. Mind you, this all happened in less than 10 mins (the comparison). As soon as we went inside to proceed with the sale, I sat down for maybe a minute, only to be told that the car I wanted was sold to someone else.
