Very disappointed I really thought they might be different... WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!! Aside from our salesman, Billy, who was fantastic, accommodating, and so understanding, the whole experience was a total nightmare!!!! We purchased a brand new 2026 Buick Enclave, which was damaged by the dealership during a detail before we left the lot. We were very happy with dealing with Tom L. at #1 Cochran of Robinson Buick when my wife and I processed a 2026 Encore GX Avenir. Tom and the finance department were great to work with and we would go back again.
2022showed me a car i didn't come to ee. 2024 after going back and forth bught new. Totalled car may 22. Trying to get refunded for the extended warranty. A week and still no help. Outrages emissions inspection charge.
Do not buy a car from this joke of a place! My car is crumbling after only 3 weeks and they refuse to fix it or cover it under warranty! They keep giving me different answers or reasons. My uncle who is a collision mechanic for over 30 years says they don't know what they are talking about and he's never heard a single good thing about them. Save yourself the headache I am having!!
