Be on time. book you appointment, if you don't show up, call. Getting there ahead of your scheduled time seems a good idea. Agreed on a precise amount of service charge. Try to find out if there's overlapping of appointments because close & crowded bookings on their behalf, Can spill over into your session time causing rushiness ,needless to say, you can avoid this by leaving and coming back or staying. After booking appointment and being on time, my appointment was given to another customer along the therapist. Was told a therapist that therapist would be busy. I would have to wait. I said I would leave and come back. was offered $30 discount to have session while waiting, told my taxi to leave. And than I was told to 60 instead of 30 my cab hand left the therapists lied about thirty. And the therapist I made the appointment with tank my appointment.
