the fact that he was careful and wore covers on his shoes to protect my floors, he was thorough in checking out everything before starting anything, he gave me the options of what could be done and the price up front! (it was very reasonable!) He had to do extra work to get to the waterline because the trash people left solid waste in the alley. He managed to be both fast and thorough! I like the fact that they charge by the job, not the hour. I am very happy with the company in general and Nick in particular.
Scotty did a great job of getting our A/C up and running. I will definitely use this company again.
