Outrageous price quoted for a water heater replacement. I almost had them do it, but luckily found out how inflated their price is. I canceled the order and had a reputable plumber come the next day who replaced my water heater for LESS THAN 1/3 of the price that 1-800-Plumber would have charged me. YIKES!😡
Their plumbers are very professional , thotough, & neat.
It took a return trip to finish the job but he was very friendly and professional. It's good to have my AC working again.
Alex went above and beyond for us last week...put in all new pipes and connections from our well to our house...to each and every fixture....and he and his apprentice helper did ALL of that in this incredible heat. Thank you very much from The Smiths!!!!

This company charged my elderly cousin who is a widow way too much for simple services. I feel they totally took advantage of her.😢
