I cannot express how awesome the folks at 1800Plumber were! I called with an almost dead water heater late one evening. They told me over the phone how to shut off the water valve so it wouldn't leak overnight then sent someone out first thing the next morning. I have a new water heater and it was seamless and so easy! Then i called them back yesterday to check on a leak and they cleaned out the line and didn't even charge me to come out. (WHAT!) How awesome is that! They have a customer for life here!
They arrived on time and completed the job in a couple of hours...replacing the hot water heater. They call clean up and were very courteous. Kyle supervised and assisted/organized the job well.
I had to have the flange fixed on my hall way bathroom and called 1800 plumber and they sent Kyle out. He was very professional and a problem I thought would take him all day, of course I'm not a plumber, took him about a hour. The work looks great and and didn't leave a mess cleaned everything up. I have other issues in my house that I spoke to Kyle about and he was able to give me a quote and I will be using them again. Highly recommend them and I will be asking for Kyle to come out to repair my pipes. Thanks
They came by on time and set a new toilet, fixed 2 leaking valves and reset and older toilet. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was very reasonable. This company cleaned a sewer line several months and did a great job on that too. Highly recommend them.
Denis did an excellent job of clearing my clogged drain and several small jobs I needed done. I have recommended him since and am happy to do so.
I've had two great experiences with 1-800 plumber! Came in 45 minutes, fixed our problem and was very friendly.
