I needed a new gas water heater and I ONLY call these guys. Dennis Collins has been my plumber for over 20 years and his company sent Will and his helper Manuel. They did a great job.

Called 1-800-Plumber and they were here the very next day. Kyle was on time, friendly and professional. He had my backed up sink cleared in no time. It was less expensive than we had expected! I would recommend this company and if needed, I will use them again.
Called 1-800-Plumber for a clogged kitchen sink. Scheduling was fast for service the next day . Time was given for repair . Ran over by an hr but previous job took longer . No problem there . Kyle U arrived . Pleasant , courteous, & 30 minutes later problem was all cleared. Price was fair & also helped by using the coupon in their Advertisements Best Books where I saw their name . Will definitely recommend.

I had them install a Tankless hot water heater in my attic. The original quote was much too high. When I indicated that they had priced themselves out of the job, they came back with a lower quote. It took 3 men more than 4 hours to build a rack for the water heater and install the unit. It is working well. They really kept the place clean and and removed the old unit without spills. I would hire them again.
1-800-Plumber scheduled work promptly and I had my icemaker line replaced just in time for Thanksgiving. The price was upfront so I didn't have any surprises, and Kyle was kind enough to adjust the leveling leg on my dishwasher which was acting up, and did not charge my for that. So now my dishwasher works as well. I was very impressed and would recommend this service.
These folks do superior work. They installed a water heater in the attic almost 3 years. When it mysteriously stopped working they quickly scheduled someone to diagnose the problem. When they determined it could not be repaired, they replaced it with a new one free of charge because it was still under warranty; did not even have to pay for installation!! I'm impressed! Great job Kris T. Dennis should buy you a Jumbo Jack :-)
