Over promises, under delivers. Was promised a delivery date, come that date no info was supplied to me on the delivery time. took me calling 3 times and on hold for 30 mins each time to find out it was getting pushed to the following day. Wasted my whole day waiting for them to arrive and didn’t even have the decency to reach out. Canceled my order before it arrived and Will never suggest this company to anyone going forward.
Fermin did a great job on both the drop off and pick up of the container. A little bit of a high-wire act getting it in and out.
My move to Fl was very difficult due to my schedule etc. Packrat was amazing to work with especially Clint and Kimberly. They made what would have been a nightmare move into something the could be dealt with easily. I highly recommend them!
thank god I found what a poor company this is before I hired them. Called to get some general information, how does it work, the guy that answered was rude. Once he found out I was not ready for a quote he put me on hold and never returned. PODS on the other hand were very helpful
Great service
