Everyone at one 800 Pack Rat has been absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend them over pods any day of the week
DO NOT USE THE NEW HAVEN/MIDDLETOWN LOCATION!!! We were forced to use this location because it is the only one that will serve the Westchester county area of NY as well as coastal CT! Not sure why there isn't a franchise in New York City or even Long Island that could service a lot quicker than having to deal with this location! The only positive I can give is for the delivery of the original container and the ability of the driver to get it in our gates without damage. All of that went well. If they come in on time, they still might take too long to offload these pods..not sure why these pods take that long to pull off..
My delivery person was Vee from Middletown. She did an excellent job placing my container in a rather tight area. Her customer service and friendly attitude were much appreciated! Thank you Vee!
