Its going on a month and I still have not received my pod and they are still telling me they do not have access nor a date for delivery. Please read that again .. ONE MONTH OF NOT HAVING OUR BED, CLOTHES, POTS AND PANS, ETC ETC AND STILL NO DATE FOR DELIVERY. OH but they took their money out of my account for payment already. I used this company to move items to their storage facility for 1 year and then to my new apartment. I also used their recommended company for packing the unit. During transport many items fell and boxes were crushed. In addition, my flat screen TV was destroyed and the company did not honor my insurance claim. Very disappointing. Next time I will use their higher priced competitor, PODS as you clearly get what you pay for.
