Awful experience! They got our email address wrong so they canceled our valentine's order without contacting us. They fixed it saud they would give us a discount for all the trouble, THEY DID NOT GIVE US THAT DISCOUNT. Then the flowers eventually arrived on the wrong day all smashed up in a box. Not arranged. I don't know why we paid so much if the flowers were not arranged how we ordered them. I could have spent less money and not recieved busted up flowers. Do not use 1800 flowers!
The staff is so helpful and always have great selection when you walk in. Prices are very good and they always make amazing arrangements! Would definately recommend and will keep going for my flowers for any occacion!
Ordering and delivery were fine. What was ordered and what was received was not we not even close. Arrangement was nice but not what was expected and didn’t appear to be worth the amount paid.
I always order online which can be daunting as you don’t see the physical creation you are purchasing but I have never been disappointed with what I have had sent to loved ones and friends. Always easy to order, plenty of wonderful choices and they have never failed to deliver what they advertise. A huge thank you to the guy who delivered the arrangement to my husband in an absolute deluge of rain this Valentine’s Day. Thank you Conroy for all the beauty you create and deliver
