I’d give zero stars if allowed. 1-800 flowers didn’t ensure my order arrived to final destination and then had the nerve to say their responsibility ended but still entitled to collect from me. I encourage using local florists directly to remove and invalidate the need for 1-800 flowers.
Although the arrangements delivered were vastly different from the original photograph and unfortunately and sadly defective/wilting, the customer care was very professional. The manager, Sandy, and their other employee, Hailee, were very accommodating and accepting of the issue. They promptly addressed the issue and fixed the situation. SAD, UGLY and VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!! Quality and quantity not even clos to the picture. Look like "a child arranging flowers", should not get any stars at all, Minus minus and below zero!!!!! Compare the picture of what is ordered for $74.99 and what we got (Only 6 red rosed and 5 red carnation). Even a vase is not the same. SHAME ON YOU!!!
The Sales Associates at 374 La Cienega blvd L A (Conroys Flowers) are all FANTASTIC along with the Flower Designer who makes the flowers!!!
Ordered flowers for my wife as we celebrate our 13th anniversary and Sandy was amazing from the beginning of my order process. She was great in helping me choose the right flowers for such a meaningful occasion. Thank you for everything. My wife absolutely loved her arrangement!
