will never use 1-800-Flowers again. I ordered flowers over a week ago for the birth of my goddaughter’s son, and they still haven’t been delivered. The customer service has been just as bad as the delivery. It’s frustrating when you trust a company with an important occasion and they completely mess up. This is exactly why local mom and pop stores stay in business—they actually care about their customers and their reputation. BE SURE TO LOOK AT PHOTO ATTACHED ....What I ordered and paid for vs. What I got. I ordered the bouquet on the left with a balloon and a box of Chocolate. What I got is on the right. Then they agreed to resend the appropriate Flowers and deliver on Mothers day. At 108pm on Mothers Day I recieved a text saying the Replacement Delivery was completed. IT WAS NOT. I was on the phone with the recipient. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!
Easy to order. However, paid an extra 3 bucks to have them delivered the same day which was promised when ordered. I got a call from customer service that it couldn't be delivered that day and would be delivered first thing the next day. I said that the recipient wouldn't be home and requested them to be delivered in a two hour window where the recipient would be home. They somewhat argued with me. Easy to order and delivery was as promised. The flower arrangement was not what I expected from looking at the picture on the website. I understand that some flowers may need to be substituted, that is not the issue. I paid for an extra large but what I received was lacking. They look ok but not what you would expect for an $80 arrangement. Also, the glass vase is not flat on the bottom which makes the whole thing wobble and turn. In the future I will probably go in person to a local florist.
