BUYER BEWARE: SHOP LOCAL AND NOT FROM THIS SCAM!!! I placed an order with 1-800 flowers for a scheduled delivery (Friday). Day of set delivery I find out they were never delivered due to the shop being at “maximum capacity” and that I’d have to wait an additional day (Saturday). I was fine with it. Online purchase of flowers is great! Customer service is horrible. I needed to change the delivery address. Used the chat online, AI was great but of course could not assist me. Then took 5 minutes for an associate. Associate took forever to respond to each response. I had already typed the order number, only for assistance to ask again. Then again took forever to respond.
