The only reason I am giving them one star is because I cannot give them a fraction of a star or no stars. Unfortunately, I was unable to be with my elderly and ill mother for her 83rd birthday. I ordered flowers and paid for them to be delivered the day of for my best friend. The tracking on the website is a complete joke (doesn’t work at all) I also signed up for the texts about the delivery (didn’t get a single text).
