"I ordered a beautiful rose arrangement from 1-800-Flowers to be delivered to my partner at her office. The picture online showed a gorgeous, ready-to-display bouquet with a bear and chocolates. Instead, what actually arrived was a box of unarranged flowers in plastic, an empty vase, and the bear and chocolates still with price tags on them. It was nothing like the advertised product, and the whole surprise was basically ruined. The only reason I am giving them one star is because I cannot give them a fraction of a star or no stars. Unfortunately, I was unable to be with my elderly and ill mother for her 83rd birthday. My wife, kindly arrange for flowers to be delivered on the day, but it didn’t happen. Nor did it happen the following day nor did it happen the day after that. Worst Experience Ever – False “Same-Day Delivery” and Zero Accountability I placed an order with 1-800-Flowers and paid extra for same-day delivery, trusting the company’s promise that it would arrive on time. I ordered flowers and paid for them to be delivered the day of for my best friend. The tracking on the website is a complete joke (doesn’t work at all) I also signed up for the texts about the delivery (didn’t get a single text). Once I got an email saying they were delivered, my best friend did not get them at all. I reached out to customer service to ask about it and they sent a replacement.
