Literally the worst. I paid $120 for an arrangement that they confirmed and four hours later called me to say they couldn’t get it delivered to where i had sent it to. I called and changed the address to a residences and got told i wasn’t receiving it till 8pm. Mind you i ordered it at 10:00am. And all they did to say “Sorry” was a $15 discount for a next order. Disrespectful!
Flowers for my moms funeral came 4h past scheduled. What’s the point of scheduling if they’re going to deliver flowers at the last minute. These guys suck. Do better.
ZERO Stars please!!!!!!! 1st picture what I ordered. Over $130 for XL Bouquet, Bday card and balloon. Second picture was what was received. No birthday card and no balloon. After complaint: the company stated they would redeliver and then we received the mini bouquet. Dont use their service. Extremely unreliable.
I think this may be a scam.
