Hi Shannon! I am sorry for your bad experience. I know your yard was extremely tall, due to it being the first mow of the season. We did have to charge double which you knew about ahead of time. We also do not allow our mowing crews to clean out landscape beds as bad as yours were. We were under the impression it would be a quick trim job but the team Informed us the landscape crew would need to come back out to get it cleaned out properly. These guys are awesome, from the office manager to the estimator! Steve came by and I let him know what I was wanting to do! I explain some issues I was having and he told me why I was having the issues and an easy way to fix them! It took a few months to get started, but it was so worth it!! . They completed the work in less than a day Steve actually came and did the work with another gentleman. My landscaping is exceptional and it looks great. The estimate was thorough and they delivered exactly what was written in the proposal. As weather permitted, they worked steadily until job was completed. I am very happy with the quality of materials and work.
