The level of communication they provided was excellent, keeping me up-to-date at all stages of the process from the moment I called to schedule an appointment, until completion of the job. Ryan came out and fixed my hot water. If I could give 6 stars I would because he was so cute.
Professional efficient service. I also noted how the senior staff were mentoring the young apprentice. Good to see great tradies around. Had our hot water system replaced so was a fairly significant job.
