Sandy Browning is a class act. She is very no nonsense and takes care of business having managed two of my properties. I'm very happy with this company and the responsiveness and intelligence of their employees.
Our lease with Rhyne is done and over, I could not be more happy. Living in the duplex we rented out was treacherous. There was a severe humidity issue which when we viewed the home it was humid but it was almost summer and I just thought it was due to the weather. We signed the lease. Leasing from Rhyne Management is one of the best decisions I've made. Their staff is responsive, professional and very accommodating. I immediately felt comfortable signing a lease with them and they respond within hours to maintenance requests. My AC Unit was replaced a day after I reported an issue with it. The washer unit was hooked up on the same day I reported an issue and both Terry & Deborah have made this experience so easy for me. Thanks for the great service!
North Raleigh Property Managers are more caring and professional than the black angry female they hired for the West Raleigh location. She always look at you like she wishes you would go away. The receptionist lady at the desk talks loud to us as if we are all dumbfounded and beneath her. I hate going in there for anything very uncaring environment. L
I am renting a house from Rhyne Management. I have lived here for 10 years. Terri has been helpful with situations concerning neighborhood issues. Wes has always been very helpful when I have had to place maintenance calls. The repairmen that have come out have been knowledgeable about what to do and they were very respectful to me and my daughter. I would use their services again when the time comes to move.
I have rented from Rhyne for almost 15 years in a couple different properties. I had to move from the first because the owners passed and their kids sold the property. I have pets and have never had a problem with fees not being explained in detail. My rent has always been comparable or lower to nearby properties of similar size and amenities. The BEST! I have rented with Rhyne Management for over 10 years and they are fantastic. Always friendly and timely when I need anything taken care of. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent or have a property managed.
I have lived in an apartment managed by Rhyne Management for 10 years and I couldn't be any happier. The move-in was easy and the property agent was very nice and helpful. It is great to be able to pay rent online as well as request maintenance issues. Maintenance is always quick to respond and fix any issues I've ever had. I've always felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend anyone to check out their properties.
Just went back to the young couples townhouse the smell is getting worse. This is criminal!!!!They are so young and have a baby. I hope Rhyne Management reads this review because the one thing I promise if that baby or the parents get sick form the unhealthy environment I will encourage them to sue.
