Awful customer service. Had so much trouble just getting them to tow my vehicle. Never again >:(
ZZ Auto is hands down the best auto repair shop I've ever been too! The employees are all very nice & helpful. They take the time too make you feel they care.. & are very personable. Wallace, the owner goes above & beyond too make sure you're happy. He gives the best deals & prices. I would recommend going here to everybody! Great place to get your car serviced. Very friendly staff
They are the worst place to ever bring your vehicle to. I brought my car in for a inspection and they tried telling me I had a bad tie rod, they wanted 445.00 to change it out. My car is always taken care of by myself because I'm a diesel mechanic. After that I went down the road to get another opinion from a shop, they quoted me 131.00. They are a bunch of scam artists. They also tried getting my father on tires by telling him one price on the phone and then charging him something totally different when he got there. They w... read more
Today was a nightmare for me. I blew a tire on the way home from getting an estimate on the damage I did last week. Apparently, I picked up a bolt in my tire at the body shop. Yay! Well my roadside assistance screwed up my initial call, then screwed up the second in a different way, but the crew at ZZ went above and beyond to get me home at a reasonable price. Joe was amazing, and the crew at ZZ stayed open late and gave me a really good price on mounting a used tire to get me home. 5 hours after I made the initial roadside ... read more
