I went in right before closing today (the last day of the month), and desperately needed a state inspection. I fully expected ZZ Auto to say they couldn’t inspect my car today, so close to closing time and being the last day of the month, but they did! They didn’t act the least bit inconvenienced, nor did they make me feel like an idiot for waiting until the very last minute to get my car inspected. They were fast, friendly, and professional. Very impressed with their customer service! Thank you ZZ!

I moved to WV almost 2 years ago now and have gone to ZZ Auto for everything and they have been absolutely outstanding and very helpful and so nice. They are awesome. I would recommend them to anyone that needs there car fixed or inspection done on their vehicle(s).
Wally and Crystal are very friendly and helpful. They were understanding and expedient at 3am on a Friday night Saturday morning to drive over an hour away to pick-up my car.

I came in to ZZ Auto on a Sarurday because my tires weren't holding air. Come to find out I needed new front tires! Of course being a Saturday at almost 1 it was almost impossibile to get the tires I needed that day. Wally being the caring person he is told me there was no way I could even leave the shop like that. So he looked around at the used tires he had available. Wally and his men we're very professional! Got the job done in a timely matter!! A+++
ZZ Auto is a fantastic local independent shop. The owner goes out of his way to take care of his customers. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.
These people know how to work on cars and they definitely got a very fun and friendly staff and are a very welcoming bunch and they definitely put the care in customer service! I was definitely very pleased with my several experiences coming here!
Great service! The owner is very personable. Christina that works in the office is awesome! The mechanics did an awesome job repairing my car. They replaced my struts, my drivers side axle, and did an all wheel alignment. Im very impressed with the work they did and loved that they drove me home and came back out to get me when the car was completed. I feel the price was very reasonable and they will have me as a returning customer!
