From talking with Bob at the front of the store about the new HD LED tail lights to Greg in service helping me find a couple of parts for my bike, it's a store that I would like to visit again when I'm in the neighborhood. Nice show room and plenty of items to choose from. From shirts to fork mounted tie downs, there's a lot going on at this HD store.

The sales people are very friendly and helpful and got us everything we needed.
Poor service. Waited at counter for 10 min as they stood there talking to each other then they refused to sell me tires for my bike. Metzler 888 marathon ultra.
I completely trust these folks with my ride. Been going there for years.
Ive always heard they have a higher price but the service couldnt be beaten, bought my first harley elsewhere and it broke down and zylstras got it in without an appointment quickly and fixed it for me. Service department is top notch. Service writers are amazing!! My next bike will be from Zylstra
