I recently purchased a used Harley from a private party, and was looking for a few items to help pesonalize it. I have several dealers within about the same distance from me, but I had heard from others how great Zylstra was. I couldn't have been more impressed. I went to Zylstras to put $ down on a 2016 Fat Boy S and left extremely disappointed. After being in the store for about 40 minutes (20 mins just sitting on the bike) I left because not one salesman said a word to me. Customer service is everything to me and in my opinion Zylstras is lacking in that department.

My wife and I were there yesterday, we bought a 2016 black denim street glide. The customer service was amazing, everyone was so helpful and mikk was the best salesman to have he was very informative and went over every detail with us!!! Thanks again to the staff there you guys rock!!
