I did all my eye exams in last 6 years here and I didn’t have any problem until now. I am not happy with my new glasses. after 2 months going there back and forth they couldn’t fix the issue and I gave up. Staff there are very nice and friendly but unfortunately in my case they couldn’t help to resolve the issue. Their final suggestion was to come back in 6 months for check up but I will not do that. Imagine paying 400$ for new pair of glasses which is worst than your old one.

Très ordinaire, j'appelle pour prendre rendez-vous sachant que moi et ma conjointe sommes couverts par l'ASEQ ( Étudiants Université de Montréal ) on nous refuse car la secretaire dit que c'est la première fois qu'elle entend ça et que son gérant aussi !!!! Ils ne connaissent rien et ont la flemme d'aller se renseigner.
