I unfortunately live down the street from Zydeco's new development at 12th and West Lynn. Based on the rendering and height plans, they don't seem to care about trying to fit into the neighbourhood. They claim to want to work with the neighbourhood in their press, but what the neighbourhood wants is 3 stories, which is in keeping with the height everywhere in Old West Austin. Unfortunately, it seems this is another group whose idea of "working with" people is just telling them what they are going to do.
This people really care about the community can’t stay enough about Them .
