Went for an MRI on July 4th 9am Today is the 11th and still no results. Technician said 2-3 days. I call and the rude customer service people tell me they are backed up and call my doctor who if they call can get me moved up in the line. Are you kidding me, a week to get an MRI read? Patient wants diagnosis cause of severe pain and you don't have enough radiologists to read. How about pay up a bit more and hire radiologists that will work for you instead of crunching numbers so the balance sheet squeezes every nickel and dim... read more
