Train wreck of a place. #1 - My child came in for a belly exam in the evening as we were instructed by our doctor, out of concern for him having appendicitis. They performed the exam over an hour's time. They had my wife and son wait an hour for an off-site radiologist to look at the images. The radiologist simply responded that they would submit a report to our doctor. My wife asked and was told that the report would be submitted that evening. They refused to give me an emergency deep vein doppler to determine whether or not I had blood clots in my leg due to a bill thay I dodnt kmow I owed. I offered to pay a partial payment which they refused. They sent me away knowing it could be a very dangerous situation. Basically give them money or die.

I had an MRI on a Friday morning at 10am. It is now Wednesday evening at 10:15 pm, and have not received a report yet on my findings. In the past Zwanger has been prompt in delivering my results. I will have to rethink my course of action in the future if I need any future or further testing. There are other choices out there and as of now Zwanger will not be my first choice!
Sloppy office work and failure to listen properly caused a missed communication that might well have had serious medical consequences. The inability of the office staff to simply listen as opposed to blindly reiterating policies that didn't actually apply would have prevented them from creating this critical misunderstanding. This was a simply situation, that they escalated into a potentially very serious problem by ignoring what I was saying and taking a "not our problem" approach.
