Clean, efficent, thorough.
First problem is there is no direct phone number available to contact the facility directly. I arrived 12 minutes late to my appointment due to unexpected traffic so I was unable to give them a heads up. The receptionist whose name I unfortunately didn't get, very condescendingly told me that I arrived "halfway through my appointment" so they can't take me but I can wait if I wanted to.
