My husband and I attended a free success path real estate seminar over the summer. They make you think that if you sign up for their $2000, 3 day class that you will learn everything you need to know about buying and flipping houses, obtaining rental properties and how you can do this using other peoples money etc. We signed up with high hopes that we would be learning some useful information. I have enjoyed my affiliation with Zurixx and its family of brands. I like the products they offer as they fit my career needs and aspirations and I appreciate the transparency they use in the education offerings. What an outstanding partnership.
I didn't do the tax lien course like others have, but I went to the three day weekend training. I learned a lot about real estate investing - the thing is you have to set up the right expectations for yourself and you have to work your *** off afterwards. I can't afford to move forward at this time, but I'll definitely be back.
The whole thing is terrible. I went to a free seminar and throughout the whole thing it was just a bunch of talk until the absolute end and found out the price 1997 which they tell you if you pay you can attend a 3 day seminar which you will qualify for a loan up to 500,000 and also get access to software that will give you information on what houses are in foreclosure and people who are behind on their mortage.
