I'm in the middle of trying to get a refund. The 3-day training did not include 1 on 1 time to work on my business, other than about 10 minutes to throw out a few ideas and discuss with the consultant, who was really just there to sell me their larger program of 20,000 to 29,000 investment. There was so much information at the Daymond John event, even for people who have studied business before like myself. I have been to a lot of seminars like this before, but this one is by far the best. They teach you what you need to know, AND you are given access to REAL investors and actually get funding for your business.

This success formula is a real eye opener, even though to you don't with the team, you know what's going on around you at least. I will chase Diamonds team down.

I do not think a one star is well deserved! Flip Advantage or Success Path/The Flipping Formula. Started with $1997 sign up seminar and then a Fast Start mentoring event for 3 days Aug 7,8,9 2015, in Culver City, CA with Marc H***** with the intent on understanding on how to invest in real estate. I want to share a negative review about Success Path/The Flipping Formula. I started by attending a seminar in June 2016, with the intent on understanding on how to invest in real estate. To my surprise, it was an up-sell that cost $1997 (reduced from $5997) to a 3-day seminar which claimed to deliver the secrets of real estate investing. We entered the seminar and a women that worked at the seminar approached us, I was in a in-depth conversation with my associate and didn't hear her apparently asking us questions so we went and sat down. We were then approached by another seminar worker who went up to my associate and told him he was rude and it was uncalled for, we both looked at each other asking "what are they talking about" , the gentleman disappeared and came back with hotel security and asked us to leave, the seminar worker was literally in my associat... read more

I attended two of Success Path free seminars in CA. The first one i witnessed Alisa tell a couple that was unsure at the moment as they has worked all day and are tired and would like to think about it that if they don't make a move now they will never do it, their life will be the same and will never get better. I probably would have signed up for the seminar, but because your associates needed payment that night i was unable to sign up for it because i didn't have the needed funds.If you had some sort of payment plan ,such as an installment payments then i could have signed up for the three day seminar. You should strongly consider this option for those of us who would love to take the seminar but don't have the available funds at the time. Really enjoyed my evening at the event.

I appreciated the actionable information I was given through the Success Path Tarek and Christina Flip or Flop Seminars. I left with quick things I could change that would help the bottom line of my current projects.
