Worst customer service in the industry. My Auto repair dealer was placed on wait for over 30 minutes TWICE, before hanging up. I was forced to pay for the repair myself.
Confusing app
Good luck getting any sort of communication or response. Going on 4 months with a totaled car & only received a check for 5 days of rental car coverage with the medical bills rolling in. The lack of consideration is abhorrent!
Insurance companies tend to be either fantastic or a headache. Zurich adds a new measure of sheer abhorrence. Whether Zurich is a shell company or some type of tapadera, there is no reliable means of just contacting anyone at the office by any modern means of communication. "Unresponsive" is the kindest of adjectives that could be used here. If--god forbid--you end up having to file a claim with them, do not expect anything to come as a result other than grossly large, out-of-pocket expenses.
