If I could give ZERO stars I would! This was the absolute worst apartment I have ever lived in, EVER! And I've moved around annually for a decade. This place was roach infested! Dingy and dark. And when I complained about the roaches they came in and "sprayed" around. Every day for the entirety of my lease roaches were climbing up the walls and out of cupboards and I'm a clean person! I ended up renting a storage space to keep my things and staying at friend's places. And when I withheld rent until they rectified the problem... read more

Management was attentive and quick to fix issues. The apartment was clean and nicely updated with quartz countertops.
I really appreciated living at Zurich Haus. The management did an excellent job of being accommodating, responding to requests promptly, and being flexible.
