Terrible
One of the worst insurance company out there. Doesn't keep promises, changes words, if you make a claim, try to get it in email. They will always call you and everytime change their words. They will sweet talk you in the beginning when they want you to buy their product and treat you worse than anything when they already took your money. Had a claim on my car door, Zurich told me there's no recommended repair shop and they estimate 150 dollars for the repair.
