Great chair. It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble, rolls easily, and appears to be sturdily built. The cast aluminum parts are hefty and nicely polished. The real test will be how long the genuine leather holds up compared to the "bonded" leather chair I replaced. That test is a few years down the road. The design is upright, but not extreme. I got used to it in a couple of days, and it's comfortable, just different from last chair.

Absolutely unsatisfied with the purchase. We bough wynn sectional and it has been constant follow up and still there has been no resolution. I might have called the customer reps multiple times and finally they sent the technicians to fix my sliding base of sectional which is very lose but the technicians couldn't fix it. Its been 2 months and the sectionsl is still not usable and I paid around 7K for this product. Wish I knew this before and ordered somewhere else.
