Great first experience here for my 2 year old. He did cry but the hygienist and Dr. Zupko were great with him . I'm so happy to have learned an easy technique to brush my son's teeth. I do think the person at the front desk who checked us in could be friendlier. I think people who work the front desk in doctors offices and dentist offices (or any office for that matter) should be very friendly, positive, and upbeat. They are your first exposure and really set the tone.

Horrible place, horrible experience every one from the secretary to the Dr's are rude. The only kind person who knew how to actually be nice to a nervous child was the hygienist. Horrible place over all.
