This was my first visit with podiatrist Dr. Le. I had several issues to discuss and waited almost 2 months for the appointment. I had to drive over an hour each way to Caton Hill Kaiser to see him. Many questions in the pre-visit online questionnaire were ridicules for a podiatrist visit and no way to say "does not apply." He was 30-40 minutes late in seeing me. I had my first visit with Dr. Le, and I was truly impressed by the experience. He was genuinely wonderful—kind, attentive, and very professional. Unlike many rushed appointments, Dr. Le took the time to listen carefully, explain my diagnosis clearly, and walk me through the treatment process step by step. I felt informed, comfortable, and confident in the care plan. I greatly appreciate his patience and dedication, and I highly recommend him.
