Over all the store was fine until the “new store manager” profiled me and my sister as thief’s because we took our time looking at belts and hoodies for a while and said if we know anyone who steals to not come around
All the employees are cool as heck. I walk into this Zumiez at least once a week because while I may not have made any friends besides my roommates since I’ve moved to Saint George, I like to pretend the Zumiez employees are my friends. Then I like to look at all the beanies and try on every single one, and forget to buy anything. Then my roommate pretends to think about buying an $80 Sonic the Hedgehog t-shirt, and I point at the price tag, then we leave. I truly couldn’t ask for more. I’m a beginner and this is so far the nicest skateboard I’ve ever been on. It’s so smooth and the weight transfer is awesome. The employees at Zumiez gave a lot of really good advice on my custom board. Not to mention the employee assembled it for me for free! Thank you so much!
Zumiez you need to employ better people at your store! Morgan, your store manager called security on three teens boys with no proof or evidence of any wrong doing who were out shopping and trying to have a good time! Shame on you Morgan for putting them through such a shameful experience and probably racially profiling them just because the were Mexican! May karma find you soon!!!
Drake was super helpful. I like the styles here although it can be a bit pricey. They usually have some deals tho
