Never had such a nice experience buying clothes, if I wouldn't be here for vacation I'd come by more often
Bought a rope chain the other day. The staff were all very friendly, but especially Bee and Jacynn! Bee was very helpful when I looked at it a couple days earlier, answering all my questions. When I came back to buy it a couple days later, Jacynn rushed over the instant I walked in the store. Top tier customer service! I will be coming back soon!
Came into Zumiez today and Jordan absolutely made my day! He was so funny and easy to talk to that I completely forgot I was even shopping lol. It genuinely felt like I was talking to an old friend the whole time! Every conversation somehow turned into a joke and he had me laughing the entire visit. The other employee with the dirty blonde buzz cut was also super cool and added to the fun atmosphere! Really great team and merchandise !!! Came in to look for a belt and ended up with a board. I’m not complaining. The manager Marco is a really cool guy and was super helpful with what I was looking for. Money happily spent for such a great team and experience!
