I I cannot even begin to tell you how satisfied I am with Zumbrota Ford, came in today expecting to not only leave without a car, but not a car I truly liked... Exact opposite happened! Terrible customer service. Went to Zumbrota Ford after a bad experience at a different dealer. Told them about it and then got worse experience from Zumbrota. Sales staff emailed us and then never responded. Tried 3 different times. We even emailed mister dealer for the people to get some help, nothing. Ended up buying at the first dealer since they actually tried to fix the situation. Guess our business wasn't good enough for them. Oh well, won't try them ever again.

Cameron was awesome today, he answered all of my questions and make the whole car buying process easy and understandable. The service department is also awesome, they payed to have the skirting ( term piece) and missing paint on my car fixed.
