We have purchased EVERY vehicle from Zumbrota Ford...That means we have purchased 16 different vehicles over the past 20 years! AND we will CONTINUE to go back OVER & OVER again because they are TOP NOTCH from the service dept who bends over backwards to make sure they fix even the smallest issue to the sales & financing people who walk us thru the process so it is virtually PAIN FREE & FUN! Very nice, family friendly, dedicated but not pushy staff!! We spent a couple days working with them to figure out the right vechile for us! They always had more options and even with the glitch that happend they still did the best they could to put us in a vehicle! I also want to point out that we were there till atleast 10 30 at night when they closed at 5 because of how busy they were BUT we didn't just sit around and twiddle our thumbs. Friendly but Don’t go to the quick lane. Had 2 oil changes there. First one left filter loose noticed as soon as I seen one spot of oil on my garage floor. 2ed time didn’t clean oil off and now I have oil spots in my new garage floor. Good job
I will never come back here again!!!! I purchased my 2011 ford fusion with 24k miles on it back in November of 2013 now come time I want to trade in my vehicle for somthing better. Went to Honda dealership in rochester got through the appraisal on the car to find out it had a salvage title on it witch you guys!!! "Zumbrota Ford" failed to discolse at the time of our purchase back in 2013 so now from getting valued at 5,500 now goes down to 2,500 value from the Honda dealership, so now we have almost 4k in negative equity ins... read more
