Got told the wrong date for my first ever appointment with them. And they counted it as a no show because I wasn’t there. Not happy about it at all. Wouldn’t recommend going here. Better places elsewhere
I had a wonderful experience with Zumbro until the best staff left and/or were terminated under a New director. She has changed the roles of workers and does not understand the plight of Clients. I really like my the 2 I have left but there is a new director running the show & this Facility has changed.
Partner attended the intake appointment and haven't heard anything since. Had a virtual appointment that ZVHC no-showed without any notification and have yet to return multiple voicemails. Entirely unprofessional.
