The individual therapy is a godsend. Very clean place, happy feeling. Great people.
They have lied to me several times. My assessment was to be sent to my Doctor days ago. It was not and I can not even speak with the person responsible. They scheduled an appointment with me through the portal and failed to show up. This is beyond unacceptable.
Unethical company/facility that cares about bottom line (money) rather than adequately and appropriately caring for clients and properly training their staff. They traumatize patients in ways they will never heal from. You are better off with no treatment than to go here. If I could back I’d leave the earth before I ever went here. This place almost killed me and they might as well have with the trauma they left me with.
