From the time I checked ,sat down in waiting area, called by the nurse, taken to exam room, vital signs checked, medical chart updated, Respectfully asked the reason I was being seen, to Cynthia coming in and seeing me, to me leaving. I had the most PHENOMENAL experience ever at a drs appointment. Thats saying alot!!. Cynthia is so kind, and compassionate, but above all EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Her staff/nurse is awesome, should have been a standup comedian. Rare to find such a great team!
We saw Dr Zumbrennen for a condition my son has developed. She diagnosed him as having the condition in question, and told us there was nothing we could do about it short of surgery (in extreme cases). I asked about bracing, she told us it didn't exist. We were told he would have to live with it. A quick search found several doctors in our area specializing in bracing for the condition. Not only does it exist it is widely used. I feel bad for future patients that may not double check as we did.
Cynthia is always willing to discuss any extra concerns that might not be directly related to the initial intent of the appointment.
