Pizza used to be the bomb...but it's more dough than fixings. It was hard to find any toppings on the darn thing.
When this place first opened, it was absolutely perfect. As it has become more popular, it has gotten much more expensive while the quality of the food has diminished. Still, the best pizza in the area and fun to sit up top in the tiki bar, if you are not concerned about getting good service.

We have always loved the Sunday Brunch, it's GREAT.
Always a con\mfortable place to take kids. Teen boys like the sports, younger ones jsut love the food. Calamari is a must for my kids and Zukeys is the best we've ever had--really!! The pizza has the best crust any where. It tastes home made and yeasty. The stuffed flounder is very good and a nice change of pace. We have come for years and the Tavern burger is still the familily's favorite burger anywhere.
zukey lake tavern is the place to be. the atmosphere is great, very relaxed. the food is wonderful, although some more vegetarian dishes should be considered. the bands are fun. who doesnt like to boogie to some blues on a full tummy? the wait staff is very friendly and thorough - earned that 20% tip. and the shirts make great gifts. yay zukey!
Can't think of a better place to be on a summer evening than sitting on the root of Zukey Lake Tavern eating and drinking. The food is great and the atmosphere is awesome.
Items on the specials menu and all others created by the new Chef are 4 and 5 star. The old menu built the business so I understand why many items remain. Fish fry now best in area. Bar prices will be triple your food cost and turn many locals away. Ask the wait staff if item is created by chef before ordering. Patrons are the friendliest around.
