A family member had this doctor until I saw him a few years ago. I watched his interaction with my loved one and I learned something. Don't accept doctors who complacent, rude, and lazy. The negative reviews are accurate. I found a better pulmonolgist for my family member and it was a godsend. He is a terrible doctor and I hope he loses his license.
First Tele health appt. Mother couldn't even get into my chart because they want you to do all the work for them filling out the forms! Unprofessional to say the least! All the one stars as a Doctor are embarrassing! Believe what you read people. I'd give no stars but you can't leave a review otherwise. Do better people!!!!!!!!
Office is totally uncaring about their patients. Have been going here for the last several years and I'm looking for a new doctor. You send messages that are never answered. You call the office and it isn't any better. Dog dog has a better doctor. Total waste of office space and it appears Sentara doesn't care either.
Dr Kassabo did not connect well with my 90 year old mom who has constant coughing issues. On a positive note, he did refer her to get a Barium swallow test to check out her esophageal issues. That Sentara clinic was very helpful, but Dr Kassabos follow-up was lacking & he said merely to "read the speech therapist's notes." I hope we won't have a need to see him again.
If he doesn't like you he will not help you. He was seeing you once year. He should see 4 times a year.
