Terrible customer service, they respond in a very bad way.
I just got off the phone making an appointment with the office of Dr Zuhair Nwaiser I spoke with a staff member that made an appointment for me, he was soft spoken and very polite. I explained that I hadn't been to a dentist for some time and I need to make an appointment for the dentist's opinion of my problem. He gave me the appointment and made me feel very comfortable about starting up with Dr Zuhair. When I hung up I went to check the reviews from prior patients and they were wonderful. The worst customer service. Hard to reach. I suggest CIGNA dental customers to look other places as they apply wrong codes and trying to charge in place of Zero copayments.
Dr. Z is so kind. He goes above and beyond without a doubt to make you feel comfortable informed and is always accommodating. I cannot say enough good things. Highly recommend!
