Broke a tooth over the weekend and they got me in on Monday. Great service,staff, and Dr.
I have been with this dental group for decades. Their work is at the highest standard. From their hygienists to the dentists to the ladies at the desk. All are reliable, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Visited the office for an initial consult. Had spoken with Dr Zugner about dental work to be done. Both Dr Zugner and the support team made me feel welcome and any anxiety I had about going to the dentist was gone. The Doctor was very thorough in his explanation about procedures and options offered. Was clear and concise about methodologies and went out of his way to make sure I understood all. Communications with the support team has been extremely helpful. A very impressive dental group.
My experience at Zugner and Pederson dental was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We've been going here for over 25 years. Very happy with there service.

I started with Suter/Levitt as a teenager and kept with the my Webster Dentists even when I moved to the other side of the city as an adult. I will continue with the new Dentists. I have had great experiences with both of the new dentists. I like that the hygienist are long term employees and that there is not a high turnover. I like the sense of continuity. Keep up the good work.
I left another "retail" dental group for some stable care. The retailer had too much turnover.
The office is wonderful!! Jamie is always very professional and patient with my concerns!! Dr Zugner has always been wonderful to!!! Any concerns I have had have always been taken care of immediately!!! Thank you for all of your care!!!
