Super nice guy but ultimately could not help me. He does not seem to have a depth of knowledge in the area of tinnitus or problems within the ear canal. Another thing I did not like is that he charges a transaction fee if you use a credit card. No other doctor's office I've been to does that.
Dr. Zuckerman took his time with my son. Very professional outstanding MD. Dr. Zuckerman also had a follow up call with me and he is an outstanding person and medical professional.
I was very pleased with Dr. Zuckerman. He is super comforting and confident. He's a straight shooter without being rude. I left the office with questions answered, referral to a surgeon in hand and a smile on my face. I wish he could be my primary doctor!
I can not say enough about Dr Kenneth Zuckerman! I have seen him a couple times now for two different issues. Not only is he very skilled and knowledgeable at his specialty but he is kind and communicates well when explaining the medical problem at hand. After doing much research years ago and personally visiting Dr Zuckerman, I would choose him time and time again for any ENT concern! I do wish scheduling could improve - Dr Zuckerman is always booked. If it is not an emergency the wait is worth it though!
Dr. Zuckerman is patient and caring. He lives up to his website declaration - "Our practice strives to provide an atmosphere that is caring, compassionate, patient-centered and high quality.". He is efficient but does not rush you.
I was impressed. I have seen a good number of Doctors and he rates at the top.

He literally saved my 90yo Mother's life. He's kind, caring, brilliant, talented and her case, geniusly (yes, it's a word) thought out of the box! Please know that I rarely, if ever proffer recommendations - and when I do, it's because I'd bet my life on it. Bette and Paul Doremus
