They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The office was easy enough to find. They weren't too happy when I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, which made me a little nervous. He was very blunt and screamed at my child which made her and myself very upset. It seemed strange that they wanted to make sure they were the only one involved in my child's treatment.
