It took all day to get through our laundry list of problems, but Alan stayed until we were satisfied all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. In the future we will probably always call Zubras with any new electrical issues we encounter. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alan or Zubras.
Called Zubras on Tuesday, and Ben, the Service Manager, arrived at my house the next day at 9:00 a.m. exactly the time promised. He surveyed the job and provided me with a fast, fair, on-the-spot estimate. I called the scheduling coordinator, Cheryl, I believe is her name, a few minutes after receiving the estimate and she scheduled a crew for the next morning between 9:00 and 9:30. Showed up as scheduled, dilegently located the issue and resolved. Courteous and resonably priced. Will recommend and use again.
Ceiling fan wasn't working. Turns out after they ran all new wire from the switch up into the attic and rewired everything the fan still didn't work. Turns out, bad fan! The wires from the fan got all twisted up from an improper installation from the previous owners of the home.
They showed up on time. 5 Star, Excellent service!
My experience was great! They came out quickly and solved a difficult electrical issue for me without charging me an arm and leg to do so. Very impressed with Zubras. Showed up on time and even called back to confirm the issue was solved a couple days after doing the work.
Awesome Electrical Work
We have had them out four times over the past two years for various problems and we appreciate the quality of work and response time. Great people to do business with. Very professional.
They started early, worked hard all day and stayed until about 6:45 to get the job done. Would recommend them to anyone.
