Completely uneducated about perimenopause. 'Never heard of' my very common symptoms and did not address my most urgent concerns or provide any sort of treatment plan, despite my repeating and rephrasing my questions over and over. Did not seem to have reviewed any of the medical history that I spent half an hour providing to her nurse. Was not up-to-date on diagnostic and treatment information that is readily available online. Hello everyone I would like to say that I've been apart of this practice for a very very long time and no we may not have experienced the same atmosphere however I can say that I could not of had a more caring doctor. Dr. Rashid is one of the most caring doctor that I have had the pleasure of seeing and I'm going to miss her when the office closes.
I went to this doctor nearly 20 years ago and she immediately recommended a hysterectomy without any testing or anything. She gave no reason why except she said it was necessary. I left and got a second and a third opinion. I didn't need one for 20 more years. She explained nothing, did not answer questions and was not friendly at all. Twenty plus years later, I see she hasn't changed.
Dr. Zubda explains everything about pregnancy and answer all the questions. I had different ObGyn for my first child and I was not happy with that doctor. Then for my second pregnancy I switch to Dr. Zubda and she serves with excellent knowledge to her patients and I am very impressed with her guidance throughout this whole pregnancy. I just delivered baby on June 2nd 2022 at Christiana hospital. Thank you for what you do Dr. Zubda.
Dr. Rashid was professional, but not caring or kind. She was knowledgeable and cautious in her care, but she failed to keep good records, resulting in me having problems receiving short term disability after she took me off of work. She would never speak to me over the phone and always had a nurse interact with me if I wasn't in the office. This resulted in miscommunications. Keep very good records on your own if you choose her as your dr. My c-section surgery went well, she did a good job.
I don't like leaving negative words for anyone... but after using this office /doctor, I would like to say that.. If you are planning to hire/use an OBGYN, please find some other doctor/office. OR YOU WILL REGRET later... we just quit
