Ordered a large vehicle for a ride to the airport. Driver called at the pick up time and said he would arrive in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later he arrived. Luggage barely fit. Original driver declined the trip at the last minute On pick up Z-Trip called as I deplaned and told me they had been calling for an hour - length of my flight. Ride was cancelled, no vehicle was available.
On yesterday I ordered a car to bring me to work the car they sent me wasn't a car it was a Nasty Ass Van that hadn't been clean to make matters worse the driver had an attitude the van was covered with Dog hair I had to sit on very end of the seat than I was charged to much damn money for this ride I have called several times always get the same thing the ran round I will never use them ever again!!!!
This cab company has gotten worse!!! Long wait times, raggedy cars, rude drivers....the only time I catch a cab is when I don't have any money on my card...uber is so much better!!!! Did I mention the prices???? They tend to overcharge people....depend on who the driver is.....save the trouble and catch a Uber....thank me later!!!
