The lady there is hard of hearing or something, she didn’t listen to the cut I wanted 2 weeks before a graduation and completely screwed it up. They shouldn’t be allowed to cut hair

I asked for a trim and small layers. I ended up getting over an inch cut off, not sure why, and the layers were choppy. The front pieces are cut wrong and missing big chunks. My hair is uneven and just looks horrible. I’m unable to get a cut to correct the horrible haircut because then I’m left with a super short haircut that I don’t want. I’m embarrassed to even go out with my hair like this. Now I have to wait for it to grow back even.
