I recently moved out of a property managed by Reliable Property Management. This property mgt company makes irrational policies limiting the rights of homeowners. They treat private home property owners like a condo complex with restrictions that make life difficult. When inquiring about policies they get defensive and rude knowing that their policies are nonsense and are taking away the rights of the homeowners. Example, you are responsible for all expenses and needs of your driveway, but you are not allowed to have a family member or friend visiting park in that same driveway. I saw a property online that I was interested in renting out. They charged me a $75 application fee for each person over 18+, which is ridiculous. I was approved for the property 101 del mar ct rincon ga. The property manager, Shawn, was communicating with me through email and text. I have been renting from Victory Properties LLC for six months, the apartment is very nice with comparable pricing to other local rentals. One issue I have is that I’ve requested they attend to a hallway smoke detector with a low battery and a minor repair to the washer and dryer. That was well over a month ago and I still have to listen to constant loud beeping and trek to the laundromat. I do not recommend using this company. I was in communication via text messaging with the owner before I applied for the home and advised him of my situation. He let me know the home was available. After ALL of the negative reviews, I gave it a shot and applied. The same day I applied, they had already rented the home to another applicant instead of letting me know up front the home had been rented (home was removed from the website and signage removed from yard.) Obviously a place that does not understand a non-traditional rental situation. Judgmental towards single moms, part-time workers, poor credit and big families. They want "good on paper" people. Not truthfulness. Come here if you want a brutal, hurtful lecture on all the things you've done wrong in life.
