How sad! I applied in October, spoke to Astrid she accepted my application, I HAVE THE PROOF! the new apartments were meant to open in November, I waited then it was December...I waited. Then January, I waited, then March of this year, I waited again, I finally I took all of my documents and income 2 wees ago, I was told by Astrid to go pick out an apartment, literally go pick your unit, we did, we picked 109 or 113, just for Astrid to tell me......"oh, sorry they denied you" but you had ALREADY accepted me, how sad, I made ... read more
astrid lied to us accepted our application and then decided to take it back and denied us after we had been patiently waiting keeping constant communication with her, suddenly she goes back on her word and decides to deny us after she had accepted us! I hope you get what you deserve, you are playing with peoples livelihood and having people makes moves and changes for you to change your mind at the last moment, garbage the people there are garbage
Rented here for 3 years. Great and quiet apartments. The manager was always friendly and quick whenever we needed help.
