I have used Zowada twice in the past year. The first time, they installed a hot water heater. Immediately, I could not take a shower if any other water was running. They came back, sent me a bill for 90 bucks, and accused me of turning a valve off causing the problem. We did settle on half of the original 90 bucks. Zowada - thank you! Our water heater stopped working and I called to schedule a tech to check it out. After asking me what type of water heater we had, I discovered a flood in our basement. Zowada was there within ten minutes and within 1 hour we had a new water heater. We cannot say thank you enough for the quick turnaround during the holiday season.
