My mom has had extreme hearing loss for decades. Zounds fitted her with her fourth pair of hearing aids (first Zounds hearing aids) and these are the best yet. We can carry on a conversation again with no shouting!
The staff is almost unbelievable in the degree of help, service etc. I would and do recommend Zounds in South Austin, TX.
The knowledgeable and caring staff administered a hearing assessment and outfitted my 90 year old mother with her first hearing aids, all in one visit. She was able to walk out with hearing aids that were comfortable to wear, which work beautifully in a noisy environment such as a restaurant, have never "squealed" or "whistled", and were affordable.
